By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. If you are acting for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to do so on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site presents AdoptionOS products, methodology, consulting services, and Academy programmes, and lets you request contact or reserve a cohort seat. Consulting engagements, Academy enrollments, and product subscriptions are governed by the separate written agreement or order form signed for them; where those documents conflict with these terms, the signed agreement controls.

AdoptionOS Advisor™ is made available here as a demonstration. Its responses are generated by an AI model, may be incomplete or incorrect, and are not professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Verify anything material before acting on it.

Do not submit confidential, personal, regulated, or client-identifying information to the demo. We may limit, throttle, or withdraw demo access at any time.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information without authority.
• Probe, scan, overload, or attempt to bypass authentication or access controls.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content except as permitted by our robots directives.
• Use the site or the Advisor demo to build a competing model or dataset.
• Upload malicious code, spam, or automated form submissions.
• Use the site for anything unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.

A cohort reservation is a request for a seat and is confirmed by email once accepted. Seats are limited and may be reallocated if confirmation or payment terms are not met. Credentials issued by AdoptionOS Academy remain our property to verify and, where a credential was obtained improperly, to revoke. Verification links confirm only that a credential exists and its status.

AdoptionOS™, AdoptionOS Advisor™, ABEN's Method™, ABEN's Adoption Formula™, and the associated frameworks, page content, diagrams, and written materials are owned by AdoptionOS Inc. and protected by intellectual property law. You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share links. You may not republish, resell, adapt, or use our frameworks or materials to deliver competing training or consulting without written permission.

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us permission to use it to respond to your request and deliver the service you asked for, as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit anything you are not permitted to share.

The site and demo are provided on an "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of them, including features and content, without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of this public website.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site and demo are provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Content is general information about our approach, not a commitment of outcomes.

AdoptionOS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from use of this website or the demo. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

The site may link to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory rights available to you where you live.
