- Who is this course for?
- Designers, trainers and enablement teams who create learning for enterprise change and want a repeatable design approach instead of format-first content production.
- What outcomes should I expect?
- You leave able to turn a business change into learning objectives, structure learning for enterprise systems, choose the right format for the job and design for performance rather than completion — with an objective map and one storyboarded module built in session.
- What is the format?
- Two days of instructor-led delivery, Live Online or in person, built around design practice with reusable templates you keep.
- How long is it?
- Two consecutive days, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM in the cohort time zone. No pre-work is required; bring a real change or system if you have one.
- Is there an assessment?
- There is no graded exam. Your instructor reviews the objective map and storyboard you produce and gives feedback in session. Attendance completes the course.
- Does it count toward certification?
- Yes. It satisfies the foundation requirement for the AdoptionOS Certified Instructional Designer™ pathway.
