Enterprise Adoption Foundations: frequently asked questions
The common questions about the two-day foundation course — who benefits, what you leave with and how it feeds the practitioner pathway.

- Who is this course for?
- Change practitioners, project leads, and HR and OCM teams who are new to enterprise-scale adoption or who want a shared method across a program team. No certification is required to attend.
- What outcomes should I expect?
- You leave able to distinguish delivery from adoption, apply the Adoption Formula, describe transformation context and profile, read the 12 adoption conditions, establish adoption position and sequence work using evidence.
- What is the format?
- Two days of instructor-led delivery, Live Online or in person. Day 1 establishes enterprise adoption, the Formula and transformation context. Day 2 covers the 12 conditions, Core Adoption Deliverables, position, recovery, evidence, leadership and sustainment.
- How long is it and what is the time commitment?
- Two consecutive days, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM in the cohort time zone. There is no pre-work required, though bringing details of a live change makes the exercises far more useful.
- Is there an assessment?
- There is no certification assessment. Learning is checked through in-session application, and completion earns the Foundations credential and satisfies the shared Foundations portion of the practitioner pathway.
- Does it count toward certification?
- Yes. The same two-day Foundations curriculum is used inside the AdoptionOS Certified Adoption Practitioner™ pathway. Ask about current bridge and tuition-credit terms if you decide to certify later.
