AdoptionOS Certified Adoption Practitioner™: frequently asked questions

- Who is this certification for?
- Adoption leads, change managers, transformation directors and ERP program leadership who are accountable for whether a change actually lands. It suits practitioners who already work on transformation programs and now need a defensible method and a recognised credential.
- Do I need prior training before I enroll?
- The four-day pathway includes the complete Enterprise Adoption Foundations course on Days 1–2 and the complete Adoption Diagnostic Workshop on Day 4 AM. Learners who completed eligible modules previously can ask about a certification bridge; any tuition credit is confirmed when offered.
- What will I be able to do afterwards?
- Profile and classify a transformation, diagnose the 12 adoption conditions, establish adoption position, prescribe and sequence work, strengthen weak or stale deliverables, advise leaders and recalibrate when material conditions change.
- What is the format?
- Four instructor-led days, Live Online or in person depending on the cohort. Days 1–2 are the complete Foundations course, Day 3 is certification-only Practitioner Application, Day 4 AM is the complete Diagnostic Workshop, and Day 4 PM is integration and assessment.
- How long does it take end to end?
- Four scheduled days. The application work is built into Day 3, and the integration scenario and practitioner assessment take place on Day 4 PM.
- How does the assessment work?
- On Day 4 PM you complete a short practitioner assessment, respond to a material-change scenario, explain what must be recalibrated and give a concise recommendation. The assessment tests reasoning across the complete method, not recall alone.
- What credential do I receive?
- The AdoptionOS Certified Adoption Practitioner™ credential, issued with a verifiable link you can share with employers and clients.
- Can my organization run this privately?
- Yes. Private cohorts can use your transformation as the shared case while preserving the same Foundations, Practitioner Application, Diagnostic and assessment architecture.
