- Who is this workshop for?
- Adoption leads, program managers and consultants who need a structured way to test what is actually happening on a transformation. Foundations is helpful but not required.
- What outcomes should I expect?
- You leave able to work across the 12 Diagnostic Domains, distinguish fact from perception, test evidence, facilitate diagnostic questioning, interpret material conditions and turn findings into recovery and leadership implications.
- What is the format?
- A half-day instructor-led workshop, Live Online or in person. It begins with a short orientation to the Adoption Formula, 12 conditions, diagnostic purpose and context, then moves quickly into a practical diagnostic case.
- How long is it?
- A focused half day with no pre-work or follow-up assignment.
- Is there an assessment?
- No certification assessment for standalone learners. You complete a practical diagnostic case and receive direct feedback in the workshop.
- Do I need to attend a foundation course first?
- No. The workshop includes a short orientation for people who have not taken Foundations. If you are new to adoption work, Foundations first provides the fuller discipline and context.
- Does it count toward certification?
- Yes. The same Diagnostic Workshop is used on Day 4 AM of the AdoptionOS Certified Adoption Practitioner™ pathway. Ask about current bridge and tuition-credit terms if you certify later.
